The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Just received this ring for my fiance', it is gorgeous. A little darker in color than in the picture, but that is good! We both love it and are very happy with our choice.
