The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Ring looks awesome!! My wife can't stop talking about how cute it looks. She likes the designs on the sides and the heart. The inside part kinda looks like it sparkles sorta like it has some crystals, which is cool. Shipped quick. Worried that dirt can easily get inside the grooves but not much to complain about.

not a big ring at all with a width of only 2mm and really nice quality, one of the best gold in my collection. I prefer yellow gold and small rings that's why I love this so much. Goes great with the simple black cocktail dress, wear this ring often :)
