The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Most of all, I love the customer support and the fact that the package arrives on schedule. |

Just what I wanted in a gold wedding band, something simple not too fancy, and polished. Best price I can find anywhere else in stores and onlne. |

Nice ring but less gold than I thought but for the list price, a definite steal. 14k simple wedding bands go for over 200 easy at the locations I've seen. With the detailing and the gold, a real good buy like other reviewers said. |

The ring was spectacular. She was so amazed. It's such a great price with the quality you can't go wrong. The unique style of the band is awesome and beautiful. |

Just received this ring for my fiance', it is gorgeous. A little darker in color than in the picture, but that is good! We both love it and are very happy with our choice. Also, Art in the Customer Service Department was very friendly and helpful when I called to send it back to have it engraved. Thank You for a great experience in this joyous time in our lives! |
